Refund policy

 

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our refund policy.

 

Pre-Orders

Pre ordered products will be shipped 5-7 weeks after the store closes. If we experience any delays, we will inform you via email and our social media pages. @blasestudios_

All sales are final, but  if you receive a damaged order or incorrect size, please contact us at support@blasestudiosclo.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please note that we do not issue refunds for any other reason.

Once the 7 day return policy has passed we will not refund the product.

We also do not cover any custom/import fees, this has to be covered by the customer.

To start a return, you can contact us support@blasestudiosclo.com  or message us on instagram for a faster reply @blasestudios_. Please note that returns will be sent to an agreed address via email.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 working days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your return is accepted, a return shipping label will be sent, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on pre-ordered items. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
